I pretty sure that most of us have heard from our parents or some other elders taught us about how we should do things properly, do it in the right time, say it in the right way, dress up the right attire at the right occasion, etc. Like everything we need to accomplish, we have got to do it correctly, properly, and most importantly, appropriately. We are urged to have gumption. Knowing that what is right to do and what is wrong. Knowing that which word should slip through our tongue and which to hide below our throat. Perhaps to some people, they tend to speak whatever they want. They are what so-called "straight people". They don't bother if the consequences they have to pay are what they couldn't bear after saying something bad. They don't care if people might get hurt or annoyed or disgusted, they just say it whenever they want even sometimes they don't really mean it. This is an attitude that lots of people detest. We have to know what is "appropriate". This can be something simple or difficult. For example, say the memorial of Michael Jackson. People like us, we chat...to wherever, whenever we go. But, take a look at the memorial of M.J. See how people did. They don't speak. Not a word. Maybe they did a little which was not over and they certainly created an atmosphere of respectability via their silence towards the decease and his beloved family.Condolences are what we offer during the bereavement or funeral or memorial. That is what appropriate for attending previous mentioned occasions. It's the same thing while you attending a ball, you can't wear something casual such as tank top, skinny jeans, sneakers and dance under the chandelier. You must wear something appropriate. Put some makeup to show yr honor. Appropriate is what I'm talking about. Hypothetically, when you are fulled, people then provide you a piece of new york cheesecake. What would your feedback be? You won't take it right? You might as well reject than suffer yourself. Likewise, once we don't eager for love...then suddenly it comes around and knocks you down...what we ask for?timing...appropriate timing is all about. It's all it matters. Sometimes we wonder why we can't get thing easily when we want it. However,God knows the best. Gosh, where were we? Ah, appropriate. Shouldn't now we bow our head down and pray? If you are with me, pray with your sincerity beyond questions.Lord Jesus, we put our hope on You.Thank You so much that we have You to count on whenever we need You. Things may not turn out as we want them to be. Sometimes we can't stop ourselves from whining around. But God, we ask for changes. We wanna have the attitude that would please people. That will not offense people, the kind of attitude that will protect others' feelings. We pray for wisdom that we know what is appropriate means. We want to learn to accept how we should seriously let things go on as Your own plan, because we understand God, You know the best, maybe we can't comprehend why, how, what, when. But we give thanks to You Lord, that You will always be with us till the day You're here. We pray this simple prayer only in Jesus' name,Amen and Amen.
